Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with our community. Please do not:
- post or upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or anything that disrespects our community or our faith;
- impersonate anyone, or submit false information in a form or request;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with how the site works (including with bots, scrapers or spam); or

Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account; a parent or guardian should register on behalf of anyone younger.
Memberships
- Membership is a recurring contribution that supports the masjid’s daily operations, programs and community care. Current levels and prices are shown on our Become a Member page.
- Automatic renewal: annual and monthly memberships renew automatically and are charged to your payment method at the start of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from your Membership Account page or by emailing info@muhb.org. Cancellation stops future charges, and your membership stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: membership payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
- We may change membership levels or prices. Any change will apply from your next renewal, and we will notify you beforehand.
Donations and Zakat
Online donations, pledges and Zakat are processed by MOHID on its secure platform and are also subject to MOHID’s terms. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you made an error, contact us within 30 days. Masjid Ul Haqq is a 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please keep your receipt for your records. Zakat is collected and distributed to eligible recipients according to the masjid’s Zakat guidelines.
Classes, events and services
- Classes and courses: enrolment gives you personal access to the course materials. Please do not share your login or redistribute class materials. Fees, schedules and any refund terms are shown at registration.
- Events and tickets: tickets and registrations are for the named event. If we cancel an event, we will refund any ticket price paid. Schedules can change, so please check the event page.
- Religious services and facilities: nikkah, janazah, counseling and event-space bookings are confirmed directly with our staff and may be subject to separate agreements, requirements or fees.
Online shop
When our online shop is open, product descriptions, prices, shipping and return terms will be shown in the shop and at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities and cancel orders we cannot fulfil, in which case we will refund any amount paid.
Content you submit
When you upload photos or submit other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and the permission of the people shown, including a parent or guardian’s permission for anyone under 18. You keep ownership of your content, and you give Masjid Ul Haqq a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, display and share it on our website, social media, newsletters and printed materials about masjid activities. You can ask us to remove your content at any time, and we will take it down from places we control.
